What To Expect:

A lively town center and an easy commute.

In the center of town you’ll find Pelham Village where you can visit beautiful art galleries, farm-to-table restaurants, and attend community events such as the bi-annual Novel Night, which supports the local library. No matter where you live in Pelham, you will be walking distance to the train, local eateries, and schools.

The Lifestyle:

Friendly faces and lots to do.

Pelham is largely residential, and with homes nestled on streets lined with trees and sidewalks, it's common to stop and chat with a neighbor on your walk to school or out with the dog.

Unexpected Appeal:

A town you can invest in.

People who move to Pelham seek belonging, and that’s just what they find. With fundraisers to support local businesses and amenities, the idea of giving back to the town while preserving historic spaces is inherent to the culture. Residents are proud to take care of their homes, their community spaces, and each other.

The Market:

A range of lot sizes and a style for everyone.

The highly sought and somewhat limited housing stock is primarily single-family homes in a wide range of styles including Colonials, Victorians, Tudors, Ranches and Mediterraneans, many built in the 1920s. Quarter-acre lots are common near downtown; farther south, lots are larger and houses more spread out -- lot sizes top out around an acre.

You'll Fall In Love With:

The historic architecture, natural beauty and easy commute.

Walking down the tree-lined streets, you’ll find beautiful homes around every corner. You’ll also find walking trails and parks throughout the town. Residents enjoy unparalleled convenience; it’s just 30 minutes by train to Grand Central and less than 30 minutes by car to multiple international airports.
